Enjoy free delivery island-wide*! We currently deliver orders within Singapore. All your orders are sent via our despatch to your clinic directly.

Items that are in stock are estimated to ship within five (5) to seven (7) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

Should you experience order delays, kindly contact us at shop@raydent.com.sg and we will assist to check your order status. 

In the event of damaged/expired orders received, kindly email us a photo proof of the affected orders and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to replace and re-send your order* to you.

In the event of a lost parcel, kindly contact us at (+65) 67415411 with relevant details. We aim to locate the item with our delivery team and if there is a clear indication that your order is misplaced, we will re-send the order** to you.

For missing sample(s), you may also email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to shop@raydent.com.sg with the necessary details, and our customer service officer will assist you further to re-send the missing sample* to you.

All promotions are available on a first-come, first serve basis, whilst stocks last and promotion gifts or goods will be of lower value. 

*Free delivery is available for order above S$100. A S$12 delivery fee will be added for order under S$100. 

**We would like to seek your understanding that we try to replace all orders and samples as soon as possible, subject to availability.
