HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have signed up. If you did not receive the email, your email service provider’s mailing software might be blocking it. You may try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT ARE REWARD POINTS? HOW DO I EARN IT?
Our Raydent Reward Program credits reward points into your account whenever you make a purchase. 1 point is credited for every $50 purchased. Each reward point is equivalent to S$1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, the status of your order history can be found under “My Account – My Orders”. All orders will be delivered directly from Raydent Supplies to your clinic through our despatch.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Please note that once the order is confirmed and prepared, you would not be able to cancel your order. If you have made the order by mistake, please contact us at email@example.com.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Customers who order their products within Singapore should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to seven (7) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is free islandwide for order above S$100. For order below S$100, a $12 delivery fee will be added upon confirmation of order.
