EZ Stent® Multiple Teeth Set has a modular design that allows quick fabrication of an accurate surgical guide for multiple implant placement. Titanium drill sleeve with inner Ø2.3mm is compatible with the pilot drill of most dental implant systems. It consists of:

• 5 Thermoplastic templates for multiple implant placement ( titanium/ polymer )
  • 3 Tooth-Bound and 2 Free-End templates with cutting grooves 
  • Sleeve height 6mm, sleeve inner Ø2.3mm 
• 5 Guide pins ( stainless steel ), Length 20mm, Ø2.3mm 
• 5 Drill stoppers ( silicone ), Length 16mm
• 1 Drill for dental laboratory ( steel ), Ø2.3mm 
• 1 Flexible plastic ruler, Length 160mm scaled in 5mm increments
